They really know what they are doing! Wouldn't even think about changing home management companies. They show up when scheduled...never leave you high and dry...do all that you ask (and more) in a cheerful manner...go beyond the call of duty...clean very thoroughly...and promptly return calls. I could go on!
We couldn't be happier with our service. It is very hard to find good people who care about what they do. However, these people do and are a pleasure to work with. We feel that our home is safe and secure and well taken care of. Just having that peace of mind makes such a difference. We have been with Appalachian Home Service for almost two years. We couldn't be happier with their service. They take ownership of our rental property and treat it as if it is their own. My family was snowed in on the mountaintop near the Beech Mountain Resort in our Airbnb. Our minivan was not prepared or capable of navigating through the snow safely with our four children.
We had the pleasure of meeting Lynn and he generously took the time to drive me into town to several stores, searching for the correct tire chains that would work with our van.
We would never have made it safely off the mountain and on our way home without attaining help from him.
We are not even customers of his services, but truly respect his values regarding generosity and integrity to anyone in need.
